In 2007 I was diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse, enlarged heart, chest pains, hypertension and tachycardia.I had a healthy diet but I drank a lot of sodas and took 2 to 4 goody powders or bc powders a day. I drank very little alcoholic beverages. I wasn't taking any medication until the cardiologist put me on meds. I smoked a 1/2 pack to a pack of cigarettes a day. I usually slept at least 6 to 7 hours of sleep a night.
My heart would start racing for no apparent reason and I would get very sleepy. I would lie down and instantly go to sleep. I would sleep very deeply for 2 to 3 hours and wake up with a much slower heart rate and feeling very weak.
I prayed that God would heal me. I didn't change anything other then I started these healthy habits; I started doing stretching exercises to relax, learned how to control my thoughts using meditation and visualization, and started spending more time praying and praising the Lord and within months I was healed. Three echocardiograms have shown that my heart is completely normal and healthy.Praise God! my heavenly father, he healed me. Nine years later my heart is still normal, healthy and strong.
